structure &feature

  Two structure forms, overhead and seat. Hanging rack makes reciprocating rotation with forced cooling wind. The rubber rod is driven by stepping cylinder and motor reducer. The cooling machine is mainly composed by host and electric control system. The host consists of joints, print and longitudinal cutting device, Isolation agent cooling and lifting device, hanging piece cooling and automatic pendulum device. Electric control system is integrated in main control box, and emergency switch are set in key-components of the rubber cooling machine.

 Users can choose high or standard configuration according to the requirement. High configuration rubber sheet cooling machine is equipped with automatic swaying and stacking device which can make the machine stack neatly and neat rate is within 100mm, auotmatic material in and out device, automatic rubber picker and automatic cutting device. The machine can realize unmanned operetion with high automation.
